Training like a Navy Seal for a Week!!!

So in order to make you guys try something new, I decided that the best way to do that is to lead by example. So in this video, I do just that.
I found a workout regime given by a navy seal and I decided to follow that for the week. Please Enjoy.

6 sets of 30 push ups and 15 dips
5 sets of 10 shoulder presses
Pull Muscles
100 pull ups
100 chin ups
100 barbell curls
Leg Day
100 squats
100 lunges with barbells
50 deadlifts
50 quad lifts
50 squats
50 lunges each leg freeweight
