There is no excuse for you to not workout.
Do not tell me you do not have the time or the money. Do not tell me that you are too busy at work or at school for you to get a workout in everyday.
I was working 12-16 hours a day and a full time student, and STILL I worked out everyday.
When I was homeless, I still worked out everyday religiously to save my life.
It is not that you do not have enough time or money, you do not have the right priorities.
For me, I have to workout. Why? Because I have defined myself as an athlete, not just any athlete, but an athlete amongst athletes. In my head, I am the best of the best, and the best of the best do not get fat, do not get outran, they do not give up, they keep going.
In your head, you probably see yourself as someone that doesn’t workout. Maybe you see yourself as someone who is just fat and lazy. Someone who is average. It is time for you to tell yourself something new. It does not have to be the best of the best, but it better be equally as powerful. When I picture myself, I often picture myself as a sayian, a warrior that loves battle and challenges. I have an intimate connection with sayians, and so the image is more powerful to me than it would be to someone else who does not share the same connection.
Use an image that is intimately powerful to you. Find something that will motivate you to take the first couple of steps, because guess what? The first steps are the hardest, and after those, you start to build a lil’ something called MOMENTUM. And after a while, those baby steps become too easy, and then you start upping the pace, elongating the strides, and after a while, you’ll be flying.
Get out. Workout. Shut up with the excuses, and execute.
