The crazy thing is that we all know the characteristics of a bad day. We all know what we need to do to have a bad one. And we also know what we need to do to have a good one.
We all know intuitively that if you stay in bed in the morning because of how comfy it is, that we will most likely be lazy throughout the day, and end up having a bad day.
We all know that if as soon as we woke up, we got out of bed, and did something productive, that we would most likely be productive throughout the day, and end up having a good one.
So why do we not take what we know into practice?
IT really is that simple. Win the morning, win the day. Make sure you have more good mornings than bad ones. You should design the first hour of your day, you should make it perfect in the way that it will set you up for success throughout the entire day.
