A quick observation that I wanted to make.
A little back story
So I use to be a chef at a 2-Michelin star restaurant. I use to work behind/infront of hot girl for hours at a time, and I would work 12-16 hours a day. We would prep for the first 9 hours, and then service would last for the next 6, and then clean up for the last 1. It was hard work, liberating work, and quality work.
Now for the observation.
After working at the job, I got a another job as a waiter. And I was working part time, and I noticed that I had a much higher resilience than all the other workers. And I did not feel much fatigue after my shift, so I felt at ease.
The lesson here is that if you put yourself through hell, then when you come back, you come back stronger. Allow yourself to put yourself through worse conditions than your common man, and then you will become stronger than your common man, more capable.
Be like Goku. Constantly push yourself to your limits. Push them, break them, reframe them. Do not allow the world to tell you what you can and can not do. BE who you want, and if that person is much stronger than you, then give yourself the necessary training.
Go Super Sayian~
